Getting at the Heart of Diabetes: A Health Education Event

Getting at the Heart of Diabetes is a free event open to the public to share general information about heart health and diabetes and how one affects the other. Attendees will have an opportunity learn about services available at the new Tusculum Clinic located at 4901 Nolensville Pike and speak with medical professionals about questions they may have regarding their health. Additionally attendees can enjoy a free lunch, talk to medical professional, and gift bags.
