Get Your Tail on the Trail 30 Miles in 30 Days Winter Challenge Kick-Off
Join the D&L Chapter of GYTOT on Saturday, January 25, from 1 – 3 pm on the porch of the National Canal Museum for the
Get Your Tail on the Trail 30 Miles in 30 Days Winter Challenge Kick-Off.
We’ll begin with a short campfire chat on the importance of interpersonal connection for wellbeing, especially during the winter months with Andrew Goodbred, MD, Program Director - St. Luke's Family Medicine Residency - Anderson.
Afterwards, we will start our guided walks for 1, 2, and 3-mile loops along the towpath. You will have the the option for self-guided walks, should you prefer that. Group walks are scheduled to take off at 1:15 at staggered intervals.
Stop by the information tables to talk to the D&L and St. Luke’s teams, enter into a lottery for some free SWAG, and grab some refreshments and snacks by the campfire. Come on out and kick off your Winter Challenge with us at Hugh Moore Park. Please sign up for the event so that we can prepare properly.
