For documents that still need notarization before apostille — we bring the notary to you

Federal Authentication Concierge handled remotely — your results are mailed or uploaded, we submit to the U.S. Department of State on your behalf.

Step 2 — Book Your Free 15-Minute Consultation
Available by phone or virtually. We review your documents together and tell you exactly what's needed — no surprises at your appointment.
Step 3 — We Coordinate Everything
Based on your consultation, we determine whether your documents are apostille-ready or need notarization first. If notarization is needed, we coordinate a Virginia-commissioned notary to be present at your appointment. You don't arrange anything — we handle it.
Step 4 — Receive & Pay Your Secure Payment Link
After your consultation, you'll receive a Stripe payment link reflecting exactly what you need. One fee. Paid securely online before your appointment.
Step 5 — Your Appointment
We come to you, or meet at a convenient Chantilly-area location. If notarization is needed, the notary is already there. Everything is handled in a single visit.
Step 6 — Documents Submitted on Your Behalf
Virginia state documents submitted for batch processing in Richmond on Friday, June 19. Federal documents submitted to the U.S. Department of State. You receive status updates throughout.
Step 7 — Receive Your Authenticated Documents
Delivery and return method confirmed at your appointment. Your documents are ready for international use. ✅
