Get UP and moving in the Urban Park Roof Garden! InnerCity Weightlifting will be conducting FREE fitness programs every other WednesdayAbout this Event
The workout will be a full body weight circuit style class adaptable to all fitness levels. Please bring plenty of water and dress to sweat. No equipment required, but if you would prefer to bring a yoga mat or towel, they are always welcome!
