This FREE family-friendly festival celebrates our beautiful river and offers hands-on experiences for all ages:
✨ Free Fishing (for kids 12 & under) – 9 AM to 12 PM
✨ Community Art – Free shirt dyeing (shirts provided!), 9 AM to 1 PM
✨ Free Mini Golf – For fishing participants, 9 AM to 1 PM
