Get to Know Your Preserve with Summer Walks

Fri., July 17, 7:30pm: Steve & Nancy Boeding get a sunset look at our big limestone prairie and old-growth forest. 1787 Holford Road (the west side of Holford between Arapaho and George Bush).
It is possible to enjoy being outside in the summer…especially if you go early in the morning or later in the evening. This summer, Preservation Society for Spring Creek Forest members (all Texas Master Naturalists) will lead 1-hour walks in several parts of the preserve. This is a great way to relax, stroll with a knowledgeable guide, and maybe see some parts of the preserve that you haven’t seen before. Close-toe shoes and long pants are highly recommended; bring water and bug spray. A great activity for families, friends, and pets on a leash. Please contact [email protected] with questions.
