Get The Flock Out Rally: National Week of Action

Please join Get The Flock Out Santa Cruz County (GTFO) and our partners for a rally to uplift civil liberties, support our migrant neighbors, and stand against invasive mass surveillance, on Sunday, August 16th at 12pm on the courthouse steps at 701 Ocean Street in Santa Cruz! We will be on the steps facing Ocean Street and the parking lots.
GTFO will kick off the National Week of Action Against ALPRs (Automated License Plate Readers, like Flock’s) in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. This is an honor granted by regional grassroots coalition organizers, in recognition of Santa Cruz being the very first city in the state of California to cancel a Flock surveillance contract.
The event will feature a diverse array of voices representing many of our partner organizations, as well as critical calls to action to support civil liberties for all people in our communities and to help protect our migrant neighbors.
