Learn Myofascial Release and how to incorporate this tool to keep your body functioning and moving to its fullest potential! MFR is helpful for muscle pain, places we feel "stuck" and chronic tension. It can also assist with range of motion, ease of movement and soothes common problem areas such as the piriformis muscle and SI joint. MFR can even help speed up recovery from strenuous activity, improving your sport both before and after! Regardless of your passion: yoga, pickle ball, golf, biking etc. – you can learn to use Myofascial Release to better enjoy all that you do.

Feel free to bring foam rollers, therapy balls if you already own them. If you do not, we have some pairs of tennis balls in socks to lend out.

Suzanne Kerr has completed extensive MFR training and is certified by Yoga Medicine. This event includes 1.5 hours of CEU's for any yoga teachers who attend.
