Is your little one ready to expand their menu? Join us for the next "Get Set" Family Dinner Series, a one-hour workshop designed for parents of children ages 2-5 who want to help their kids explore new foods. Taught be Erin Massey, Registered Dietitian and FCS Agent with NC Cooperative Extension and Rebecca Fleming Registered Dietitian with Hendersonville Pediatrics.
We'll share practical, science-based strategies to make mealtimes an adventure, covering:
Understanding age-appropriate portion sizes.
Tools and techniques to encourage kids to try new foods.
The developmental science behind how children learn to eat.
