We get together in a small group in a central coast hotel meeting space in the picturesque communities of Avila Beach or Paso Robles. You are provided with all the tools you’ll need (just bring yourself), along with a nutritious lunch in the middle of the sessions. This is like 8 individual therapy sessions scheduled all in a single day. Plus, you leave with the additional tools you need to continue your progress.

The one-day retreat has a limited number of spaces, which allows me to work with each participant individually.
