Get Online Support at Carlisle Library

Everything is online now, and Carlisle Library is here to help you make the most of it. Whether you want to stay in touch with friends and family, shop safely, apply for jobs or access online services such as the NHS, free learning and friendly support are available.

Our one to one digital support sessions use Learn My Way, a trusted resource that helps you build confidence using computers, smartphones and the internet. These sessions are ideal for beginners or anyone who wants a bit of extra guidance.

During your session, you can:

• Learn basic digital skills at your own pace
• Set up and use email
• Use online services safely
• Access NHS services online
• Search the internet with confidence
• Get support with online forms
• Explore Learn My Way’s free digital learning resources

Adults of any age who would like help to get online or improve their digital skills. No previous experience is needed.
