We are excited to announce Wimborne are hosting a 15 mile charity walk in aid of the Cycling Without Age scheme – part of the YOU Trust.
The trike takes out residents, cycling in and around both Portsmouth/Southsea and Hayling Island, taking in the sights, sounds and smells.
The residents here at Wimborne have the most amazing time on the trike, with the gentle breeze in their hair, putting a smile on their face and a euphoric sense of freedom.
This is a vital part of our community and enriches the lives of our residents; keeping island life unique and fulfilling.
We are walking alongside our other two homes, Denmead Grange Care Home - Barchester Healthcare and Bere Grove.
