We are so proud that head coach Micky has made the CrossFit Games this year in Birmingham Alabama, although Micky is representing Ireland putting Limavady and CFL on the map, he gets no funding to help with travel costs it’s all self funded! This is a dream come true and once again he is hoping to raise some funds to help him get to Alabama…
