An opportunity to get involved with the first steps of creating The Garlic Lover's Garden: a 1-acre, organic and no-dig market garden situated opposite our shop and restaurant.Join us to plant trees, make no dig beds, lay woodchip pathways, sow the first seeds, create great compost and see a market garden develop before your eyes!
Getting involved includes:
- Work to suit your physical abilities
- Refreshments for all
- 20% off in the restaurant for all helpers*
- Tools and gardening gloves provided
- Children and adults welcome, no previous gardening experience necessary
Wear warm, suitable clothes and footwear (wellies or workboots) and arrive in time for a 10am start.
