Let’s go fishing!🎣🐟Calling all mini anglers and their grown ups! The Kids Fishing Rodeo is back and ready to reel in some fun at Lake Carola at Ft. Mellon Park on Sunday, March 8th from 10AM to 11:30AM.
⭐️ Kids will take part in a hands on Fishing Conservation and Education Seminar that teaches the basics of fishing, conservation, and how to be a good steward of the water. Learning first, casting later. Big brain energy!
🎁 The first 150 kids to sign up will receive a FREE fishing pole and tackle box, because showing up early has perks. Parents must be present for kids to participate.
📝 Sign ups begin Saturday at the Get Hook’d Seafood Festival on January 17th at the Hook Kids on Fishing Trailer! If spots are still available, kids can also sign up the morning of the event.
This event is FREE to attend and participate, family friendly, and perfect for making core memories that smell slightly like lake water and sunscreen.
