Bonus Session 6pm-8pm (Dinner & Sound Bath Journey)

• Dinner will be provided and youll have the opportunity to mingle with particpants from the day and group leaders
• Sound Journey with Maria Hartemann, Reiki Master Benefits can include: elevated mood, improved sleep, deep relaxation, decrease of anxiety/depression symptoms This is an hour long session with no guided movement. Feel free to bring a blanket, pillow, or mat for your comfort (or several)
