How do we start to release these energies? Through our breath! Correcting the breath and tapping in adds time and value to life, so we can learn to create beautiful things as we were born to do.

Breathwork and journaling are great tools to use within an embodiment practice. Utilize breathwork to open the body to release stagnant energy and journal to reflect on what your body revealed. Leaving you in a blissful state and allows you to reflect on what your body revealed and use that feedback to move forward in the healing journey.
