**We’re Bringing It Back – Get Fit With A Pit Challenge 2025!**
We're taking it WAY back to where it all began! If you've been with us from the start, you probably remember the *Get Fit With A Pit Challenge*—a fun, community-driven way to meet goals, connect with our mission, and spend time with our favorite four-legged friends.
**Well, it’s back for 2025, and we couldn’t be more excited!**
This year, the challenge is refreshed and ready to kick off the new year with a bang. It’s the perfect way to make (and keep!) your New Year’s resolution, get active, and give back to animals in need—all while having a blast with your pup!
### **How It Works**
🏃‍♂️ Sign up to walk, run, or hike as many miles as you can throughout January 2025.
🐾 The only rule: you must do it with a dog! It can be your own pet, a shelter dog, or one of our adoptable pups. (Not just Pit Bulls—ALL dogs can join in on the fun!)
This is a **“help you, help us”** challenge:
- **WE HELP YOU** by giving you incentives like time with a furry friend, great prizes, and motivation to hit your goals.
- **YOU HELP US** by supporting our mission and, if you choose, helping exercise, socialize, and network one of our adoptable dogs.
### **Milestone Raffles**
Hit these milestones to be entered into raffles for awesome prizes:
- 🎉 25 miles
- 🎉 45 miles
- 🎉 65 miles
And our overall winner will receive a two night stay in Pinetop, AZ to keep the GFWAP momentum going! You will be able to bring your pup(s) along for the endless outdoor opportunities northern AZ has to offer! ($600+ value, availability confirmed by donor upon winning with potential options to extend your stay through Airbnb.)
### **Registration Includes:**
- Access to the Challenge Hound platform to track your progress.
- An exclusive *Get Fit With A Pit* sticker.
Registration is $30 to enter from December 9th through December 15th as a special early bird buy in - price increases to $40 December 16th.
We will also have special challenge tshirts available soon for separate ordering!
