Terms & Conditions
Ticket Sales: Tickets are sold in phases (Early Bird, 1st, 2nd, Final) on a first-come, first-served basis. The earlier you buy, the cheaper the price. Booking fees are non-refundable and subject to the ticket provider’s terms.
Ticket Inclusions: Each ticket includes entry, one hour of bottomless cocktails, and a burger with fries (selected during ticket purchase). Food and drinks cannot be exchanged for alternative options.
Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Event Amendments: We reserve the right to amend event details (e.g., time, seating, or location) as necessary. Any changes will be announced via social media and email.
Bottomless Drinks: Bottomless cocktails are available for a fixed 60-minute session, which cannot be adjusted based on arrival time. VIP tables include table service; standard ticket holders must visit the bar for refills.
Seating: Tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless a VIP ticket is purchased. Seating is not guaranteed for standard ticket holders.
Venue Rules: All attendees must comply with venue regulations, including Challenge 25. Anyone impacting the enjoyment of others or acting inappropriately may be removed without refund.
Photography/Filming: By attending, you consent to being photographed/filmed for promotional purposes.
GDPR Compliance: By purchasing tickets, you agree to share your name, phone number, and email for event purposes.
FAQs
What time do doors open?Doors open at 11 AM, with last entry at 12 PM. The event finishes at 3 PM, but you’re welcome to stay at the venue afterward.
Is food included in my ticket?Yes, tickets include a burger and fries from Meat:Stack.
What if I have a large group?Groups of 6+ may reserve a table by contacting us in advance (subject to availability).
