If you want to make Kimchi with ramps, you must set your status as "going" on this facebook event. The first 10 people to RSVP will have slots in the class. Tickets are $25.
You'll learn from one of the best there is. D.J. Cassell is an expert in fermentation, and his kimchi is absolutely delectable. We expect that ramps will only make it better! When the kimchi has finished its magic, you'll get to keep the fermenter its in, and you can make your own kimchi at home!
