GET ACTIVE Palmerston 2024 BLOCK 2. August to November

The City of Palmerston delivers 32 Weeks of free physical activity and wellbeing opportunities to the Palmerston Community each year.

Registering for the program allows you to attend any of the 7 free activities held each week.

There are two blocks each year (Feb - May and August - November), and two schedules of 8 weeks each block.

Each schedule we try to incorporate some new and innovative activities, as well as some old favourites. We do our best to accommodate everyone's preferences according to instructor and venue availability, but we always welcome your feedback.

All activities are open to all experience and skill levels. Age limits may apply to some activities.

Participants may be requested at the discretion of the activity provider to complete a health history questionnaire before engaging in an activity. Please be mindful to get doctors clearance before participating in any physical activity if you have pre-existing health conditions.

Each activity has its own requirements for bookings, please follow the instructions on the schedule to secure your spot, places are limited in many activities.

We pride ourselves on not canceling activities, but please let us know if you have any trouble finding the activity location or facilitator.
