"Gerry Does Jerry" is a Wimberley, Texas-based tribute project led by local musician Gerry Burns that celebrates the timeless music of Jerry Garcia and the Grateful Dead. Performing under a rotating "Gerry Burns and Friends" format, the act features a revolving cast of regional musicians delivering improvisational jams and classic Deadhead favorites. Burns is a staple of the Texas Hill Country live music scene, regularly bringing these classic psych-rock sounds to popular Wimberley venues and open-air patios around the town square.
