Our February Wine Class has us jumping continents! We'll be tasting and learning more about wines from Canada, Germany, and the Finger Lakes.At first glance, these regions may seem totally unrelated. Germany is pretty much on the other side of the world from North America. It also has a winemaking tradition that spans thousands of years. However, these areas have more in common than what meets the eye. Their climates put them in an ideal position to produce premium wines. They share certain geological features that set them up for greatness.
We've discovered some very special bottles from these countries that we can't wait to share with you.
We will offer this class on two different nights- Wednesday February 4th and Tuesday February 10th- so you can pick the date that works best for you.
$35pp includes 6 wines, light snacks, and fun education.
