Every Saturday June through October 10th, come out to the Germantown Farmers Market - 9AM-1PM at 1101 E Kentucky St (St Therese Gym Parking Lot).
Saturday August 15th - we’re going to have a full vendor line up at the Germantown Farmers Market!
The forecast shows: Produce, fruit, and fresh herbs from Bakar Family Farms, Byrnside Orchard, and Groundscore Farm. Flowers from FlowerHead Floral Co. Bread, bagels, focaccia, AND personal pizza doughs from Hogg House Bread Co. Fruit trees and perennial edibles from Clover Systems, and house and garden plants from Guzal. Gina will be back with her re-use table, and Ahluminy and Gem Goblin return with artisan wares.
We’re welcoming some new vendors this week: loose leaf teas from Herbal Sip, dried teas and drink mixes from Berle and Bean Bev Co, and fresh beverages from Cave Valley Kava.
Winston will be back with local honey from the Fresh Start Growers Supply bees and his knife sharpening set up - this is your last chance to catch him for a minute so if you want to bring a knife or tool to get a fresh edge, do it this week!
And, we still have the Goldenrod Compost bin open, so bring your compost, even things like meat, bones, cooked foods, and compostable cutlery - the kinds of things you don't want in a home pile.
For our community corner, our neighbor Karissa will be setting up some pottery wheels - so if you’ve been curious about how throwing something on a wheel feels, or want to participate in a hand-building activity, be sure to stop by the community tent!
