In this workshop, beginning students will get a thorough introduction to this unique apparatus.Students with some previous experience will explore more challenging variations on beginner skills.
We'll cover rock, roll with a partner, cartwheels, basic flips, and some spiral. Come ready to work hard and have tons of fun! All heights welcome.
Those under 5' and over 6' may not be able to do every move, but modifications will be provided.
Instructor: Carly Schuna from Head Over Wheel and USA German Wheel Champion.
