We will be performing the Opening Ceremonies for the Georgetown parade and then participating in the parade. Costume/Cosplay up and come join us.
From the Georgetown Website: "We are planning A Halloween Parade through Georgetown on October 31st! There will be candy, costumes & more. The EVENT will start early enough for kids to attend and/or walk in the parade. POST-parade there will be a Halloween party for adults.
The approximate route (tbc) begins as far south as S Warsaw St. and ends before Corson on Airport Way. The parade will feature entries by organizations, businesses, bands, groups of friends, performers, businesses, and You!
4:30 PM Trick or Treating in Georgetown — visit Carleton Ave S, Flora Ave S, Ellis Ave S, Eddy and Warsaw Sts.
5:30 PM Gather along the parade route or find a spot at Oxbow Park, 12th Ave, or the Trailer Park Mall. See our FAQ for details.
6:30-7:00 PM Parade begins at Mini Mart City Park, first stop Oxbow.
8:00 PM Parade ends! If you’re staying out, grab dinner or drinks in Georgetown!
Where to park
There are two commercial parking lots on the South End of Airport Way, and a public parking lot on Nebraska Ave. Since we’re shutting down Airport Way, take Ellis Ave S to 13th Ave S to get to the commercial parking lots (this is very accessible from the I-5 Swift Ave/Albro Pl exit. You will also find ample street parking along Corson Ave S near Oxbow Park, and north of Lucille St and Airport Way near the Soup Stand.
