George Washington was certainly central to The Revolutionary War.In many ways, so was New Jersey. This lecture looks at both George Washington's military career starting in 1754 as a 21-year-old major in the Virginia militia, and a history of the Revolutionary War including the military battles and winter encampments in New Jersey.
