The team behind Genuine Hustle e are beyond thrilled to bring our vibrant community of real estate pros together again—this time in the heart of the Pacific Northwest: Seattle, Washington.

Join us October 20–23 for four days of connection, collaboration, and real-talk inspiration in some of Seattle’s most iconic neighborhoods. 

Opening Happy Hour - Capitol HillWe’ll kick things off with a welcome happy hour in Capitol Hill, Seattle’s historic and still-thriving queer neighborhood, on Monday, October 20th—the perfect spot to connect, unwind, and get the good vibes flowing. A few of the Divas favorite drag queens will be making a showing to get you in the Genuine Hustle mood.

The Main Conference Event - Pioneer SquareThe main event happens on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 21st and 22nd, in Pioneer Square, the city’s oldest neighborhood and creative hub. Think cobblestone streets, historic architecture, indie galleries, and that gritty Seattle soul. We’re taking over the newly opened Populus Hotel, a boutique stay with a bold, modern vibe, and the adjacent industrial-chic venue The 101 for two days of big ideas, tactical takeaways, and no-BS industry insights.

Expect dynamic general sessions, interactive workshops, and special afternoon breakout tracks. This Fall we will also be hosting a special track just for brokers, managers, and team leaders hosted right inside the Populus’ music room to help our world class leaders approach 2026 like a Genuine Hustle Super Hustler.

Implementation / Workshop Day - Optional on Capitol HillThis year, we’re offering an optional third day on Thursday, October 23rd, for those who want to go even deeper. Join us at The Loft at Coldwell Banker Bain on Capitol Hill for a full day of hands-on learning focused on core business subjects and how to work your database, filming video on your own, marketing, and growth strategies. It’s intimate, practical, and ideal for anyone ready to level up their systems and structure.

This event is created by and for working agents/brokers—real humans doing real work in a real estate market that just keeps shifting. Your hosts are long-time Hustle OGs Kim and Chavi of Team Diva Real Estate with Coldwell Banker Bain, two lesbians with decades of experience building community-driven businesses in Seattle—and shaking up the industry along the way.
