Rest & Restore – A Gentle Journey to Inner Peace with Katie Bonnett
As the year winds down, this series offers a deeply nourishing practice of rest and renewal. With gentle yoga, breathwork, and extended relaxation through restorative postures and guided meditation, you’ll be invited to slow down, nurture yourself, and prepare for the season of reflection and restoration.
