Join Erin in a healing salt cave yoga class. This class will include gentle yoga, breath work, and meditation. During the class, you will experience halotherapy, also known as dry Salt Therapy. Dry salt air is dispersed through a unique process generated by a halo generator. This type of treatment is an effective way of using salt’s natural antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and calming properties to provide relief for stress, respiratory, and skin conditions.
