If you are craving a relaxing and supported guided movement practice to open up space in your body and calm your mind, then you should join me for my Gentle Flow yoga class at Saje Wellness in Mount Royal Village on September 28th from 8:15-9:30am The class will be a mixture of gentle movement and stretching, mobility work, guided breathwork, and calming relaxation.
