join me for Gentle Yoga Flow — a nurturing, inclusive class designed to support Every Body, Every Age. 🕊️Together we’ll weave Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga with meditation and breathwork to create the perfect balance of stretch, strength, and stillness.
This class welcomes all levels — beginners, seniors, and seasoned yogis alike — offering mindful movement, props, and thoughtful modifications to meet each student’s unique needs. 💜
You’ll leave feeling strong, centered, and connected — in mind, body, and spirit.
