This gentle class at the gorgeous hall in Hinton flows at a slow pace but still builds strength and stamina whilst releasing tension and stress.
We begin in stillness with the breath, then flow into some gentle floor stretches, working our way gradually up to standing for a balance or two, before moving back down to the ground and closing with some breath-work and a lovely relaxation (bring a blanket).
