Join us every Tuesday morning in an ever-changing gallery setting for gentle yoga! Yoga is a practice designed for relaxation, rejuvenation, and self-reflection. Come breathe with us as we restore the body and mind in a one-hour session from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Asanas are all-level, and beginners are welcome. Participants can choose to use a mat or a chair.$5 dollar donation appreciated.
