Join us for a beginner-friendly gentle yoga experience at Savannah Bee Company’s gorgeous, rustic showroom in Barefoot Landing! 🧘

• Experience is not necessary, this will be a very beginner-friendly experience.
• Class is limited to 16 participants.
• Please bring your own mat. A very limited number of mats and blocks will be available to borrow from the instructor.
• Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver that will be sent by email before the event date. Please provide a valid email address upon registration.

Benjamin is an internationally trained movement professional, specializing in yoga, acrobatics, parkour, calisthenics, and functional fitness. As an RYT-200 yoga instructor, he teaches group and private classes through his personal brand, Adaptist Movement. As an Educator at Savanah Bee Company, he offers curated taste experiences of all things honey. And as a human, he enjoys a good story, a proper adventure, and a well executed high five.
