The yoga I offer is gentle, grounding, and welcoming to every body—no matter your experience level.
In each class, we’ll:
✨ Gently move to release tension and stuck energy
✨ Prepare the body and mind to relax and soften
✨ Tune into what needs your awareness and care
✨ Connect deeply with the breath and your inner self
✨ Leave feeling refreshed, nourished, and recharged
We'll also sprinkle in some aromatherapy and optional hands-on assists to deepen your experience.
Let’s breathe, move, and realign.

Metal Element & the Season of Fall
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Metal element corresponds to the season of Fall, a time of letting go, refinement, and inner reflection. Just as trees release their leaves, this season invites us to release what no longer serves us and return to what is essential.
Metal governs the lungs and large intestine, organs responsible for both inspiration and elimination—physically and emotionally. Breath becomes a central focus, connecting us to clarity, discernment, and the courage to create healthy boundaries.
Emotionally, Metal relates to grief, but also to the ability to process and transform it, cultivating reverence, integrity, and resilience. It reminds us that in shedding, there is strength—and in stillness, renewal.
As we align with this season in our yoga practice, we can reflect on:
What am I ready to release?
What brings me deeper clarity or meaning?
How can I breathe more fully—into my body, into this moment?
The Poetry of Metal – A Reflection for Fall
As summer exhales its final breath, we enter the quiet elegance of Fall—the season of Metal, where nature begins to pare back to its essence.
Metal teaches us the art of refinement—to sift through experience like gold through the pan, keeping only what is precious. The trees let go of their leaves, not in loss, but in wisdom. So too, we are asked:
What is no longer mine to carry?
This element dwells in the lungs and large intestine, guardians of breath and release. The inhale draws in what nourishes; the exhale offers up what is ready to leave. In every breath, a sacred exchange—receiving with reverence, releasing with grace.
Fall carries the whisper of grief, not as sorrow alone, but as testimony to what we have loved and lived. Grief polishes the soul like Metal—making us clearer, more honest, more whole.
In our practice, we bow to this season of discernment and dignity.
We move with intention.
We breathe with presence.
We soften into stillness and remember:
In letting go, we find our shape.
In emptiness, there is space for light.
