This experience is for those looking to slow down for a change, to soften up, and to feel connected with themselves again.

Your time with me, Peace Ransom, begins with a gentle, all-levels yoga flow to help you release tension, open your body, and ground your energy. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply immersive sound journey using multiple healing instruments and frequencies that calm the nervous system and invite you into a state of deep rest.

Consider this a reset for your body, mind, and energy.

Whether you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply in need of quiet time for yourself, this experience will support you in coming back home to your body.

What you’ll experience:
• Gentle, accessible yoga movement (I won't twist you into a pretzel, promise)
