Join Sharon for a deeply restorative evening blending two powerful healing modalities — Gentle Yoga and Sound Immersion — in one 90-minute class.
We’ll begin with 50 minutes of all-level gentle mat yoga to open the body and calm the mind. Then, settle into an extended Savasana Sound Immersion surrounded by the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, rattles, drums, and other sound tools designed to help release tension and promote deep relaxation.
✨ What to Bring:
Yoga mat and blocks (if needed)
Blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you stay warm and comfortable during the sound immersion (your body temperature may cool)
Water bottle — hydration is important after yoga and sound work Bolsters are available on-site
Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Space is limited to 9 participants to ensure a calm, intimate experience.
