Joins us for a relaxing gentle yoga session accompanied by a sound bath from Stephanie Kurland from Soul Restoration. All bodies welcome! We will start with some gentle yoga that anyone can do followed by a meditation during the sound bath. Yoga mats and chairs are provided. cost for the event is $30.
