Gentle Stretch Yoga

Instructor Andrea Rivera will lead a gentle stretch class that will help you reconnect with yourself. All skills and levels are welcome to this free event.

About the instructor:

Andrea Rivera currently works in Motion Capture as a Customer Success Manager. She graduated from University of Illinois Urbana Champaign with an MS in Kinesiology. She has a BA in Business and a BA in Dance. In her free time, she teaches Dance and Yoga. She enjoys anything related to movement, but her ultimate favorite is to go on a run with her husband and dog to Village Well and get a nice cup of coffee. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor and has been teaching or subbing for six years.
