A Gentle Practice for Nervous System Regulation & Embodied Ease
This class is an invitation to slow down, soften the pace of the mind, and reconnect with the quiet intelligence of your body. Through a guided blend of somatic breathwork and gentle, intuitive movement, you’ll be supported in releasing stored tension, regulating your nervous system, and returning to a state of grounded presence.
Unlike traditional fitness or structured yoga classes, this experience is not about performance, flexibility, or doing things “right.” Instead, it centers on awareness — helping you notice subtle sensations, follow your body’s natural rhythms, and move in ways that feel supportive and nourishing.
Using accessible breathing techniques, slow embodied motion, and moments of stillness, this practice helps signal safety to the nervous system. Each class typically includes:
Arrival & Grounding (5–10 minutes)
A gentle settling period to help you transition out of “doing mode” and into presence through guided awareness.
Somatic Breathwork (15–20 minutes)
Simple, accessible breathing patterns designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress responses, and support emotional balance.
Guided Somatic Movement (20–30 minutes)
Slow, mindful motion focused on releasing tension, increasing body awareness, and allowing organic movement rather than prescribed poses.
Integration & Rest (10–15 minutes)
A deeply relaxing period of stillness to help the nervous system absorb the benefits of the practice.
Optional Reflection
Participants may be invited to notice internal shifts or journal briefly.
