This is to be a gentle walk where we will be looking out for seasonal changes and identifying flora and fauna together. This is a good time to make new connections and chat about your week.
This walk very suitable for those with mobility challenges. The terrain is wheelchair and scooter friendly. Sometimes we split into two groups giving walkers an opportunity to walk to the peak of Capstone Hill.
You will be observing breath-taking views across the channel and even sight of South Wales on a clear day.
Dress for the weather and it is essential you are mindful of your own abilities. We cannot guarantee one to one support.
