Gentle Movement & Stretching

Love Your Body is now hosting a gentle yoga class for those who have mobility issues or difficulty exercising. This movement flow is created with beginners in mind. Bree will be offering modifications and/or props to anyone who needs a little extra assistance or comfort.

No matter if you are just starting weight loss journey or not sure where to begin, come move your body and leave feeling renewed and empowered!

Join us in Clearwater, FL every Friday evening to release some tension and unwind from your week. No experience needed. Please bring a reusable water bottle and wear comfy clothes.

This event is guided by Bree:
Bree is a Level 2 Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master Teacher. She has been teaching yoga, movement, and meditation for 5 years, but has been a student her whole life. Since beginning her teaching journey, it has been an anchored intention to make others feel comfortable, natural, and at ease in their bodies. She brings peace and tranquility to each class, with a focus on the mind-body connection.
