This class is designed to help relieve chronic tension, support nervous system healing, and promote emotional balance.
You’ll begin with mindful, minimal, intuitive movements—accessible to all bodies and fitness levels—to reconnect with your breath and body. Then you’ll be guided into a guided meditation to stillness and the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes, allowing deep relaxation and energetic clearing.
