Join us for a heart-centered afternoon of creativity and sacred practice as you design your own smudge bundles using meaningful herbs and intention. In this Soulful Creations class, you will learn how to work with the energy of herbs such as sage, lavender, cedar, and rosemary, and how each carries unique properties for cleansing, protection, and spiritual balance.
Jen will guide you through a Reiki infused ritual to bless and fill your smudge bundles with love, light, and positive energy. You’ll also learn how to smudge and why it is important for spiritual hygiene, along with the deeper meanings of the herbs you’ll be working with.
This hands-on experience invites you to connect with your creative spirit while honoring ancient traditions of purification and renewal.
