Gentle Yoga with Susan (All-Levels)
Take a pause from the hustle and bustle to breathe, stretch, and reconnect with your body and mind. This gentle yoga class is perfect for all levels of Yogis — whether you are brand new to Yoga or have been practicing for years. This is for anyone looking to increase mind-body awareness in a nurturing Yoga class.
You will be gently guided use the tools of Yoga to release physical, emotional and mental stress and tension while increasing strength and flexibility. Susan’s gentle alignment-based teaching draws from many yogic styles such as Hatha, Anusara, Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa.
Each practice will include: Pranayama (breathwork), meditation and gentle asana (physical postures & movement)
