I believe that yoga should be a community that is for anyone and everyone. That is why my first priority is to cultivate a space where you feel physically and emotionally safe to be your authentic self, regardless of your age, body, mobility or experience level.
In my classes, you’ll find a thoughtful and unique sequence of poses. The pace is intentional, allowing you time to explore alignment while still challenging you to build strength and balance through mindful breathwork. I love sharing poems, yoga philosophy, readings, and chants to balance the physical “workout” with an even more powerful “work in” that nourishes your body, mind, and spirit.
