Gentle Hatha Yoga

If you want to feel better in your body, this is the class for you!

Join Loni in a beginner's friendly Hatha yoga class where we will channel our vital force (our energy) into a well thought out set of postures & breathing techniques. Find your balance with the physical body - release trauma & tension stored in the body - and create a space in and for yourself.

A consistent Hatha practice will help calm the mind, help make you stronger & more flexible and provide guidance for your spiritual growth!

This practice can bring more unity & positive energy into the world. And as you deepen your yoga practice you will have the opportunity to meet many like minded souls like yourself.

This class is led by Loni Davis!

Loni Davis, is a 200/hr certified RYT from Hawaii Yoga Institute, mom of 2 daughters, herbalist, and charcuterie creator studying ayurveda. Her goal is to help make yoga more accessible to those who may have thought it wasn't & to continue to grow in this lifestyle within myself & within the community.
