A trauma-informed approach to yoga that includes an opening meditation using embodiment (body-based) emotional grounding techniques with breathwork followed by a gentle flow that may include introduction to lunges and downward-facing dog, ending softly with a guided Reiki-filled Savasana.
The cost for attendance is up to you! Shelby believes everyBODY can benefit from yoga. Rather than dealing with punch cards, memberships, or a tight budget, pay what meets your needs AND shows the value of this practice.
Classes are limited to 10 people, so that everyone has comfortable space to move around.
Yoga Props are provided for every participant: 2 blocks, blanket, bolster. BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT.
