Cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and intention by connecting breath work and pose alignment. Then relax into savasana while enjoying the beautiful sounds of singing bowls. This class is suitable for anyone from beginner to intermediate level.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
